As a Young Graduate, you will join an intensive two-year programme during which you will get to know our company and specifically our Food Safety and Quality Assurance Department. You will gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and specification management, actively guaranteeing the quality and safety of our products worldwide.
What’s more, you will gain hands-on experience in our manufacturing environment and in the field, giving you a strong end-to-end understanding of our business, from production to market.
Our growth also provides an environment where new challenges, new chances to learn and new opportunities to discover hidden talents are easy to find. You will be invited to participate in our Young Graduates training & development program to further develop your skills and knowledge.

Profil
We are looking for Young Graduates with a Master in Bio-Engineering who are ambitious, result oriented and passionate to join Lotus Bakeries.
