• As Lotus Bakeries continues to strengthen its advertising operating model, you will play a key role in building paid social capabilities while ensuring strong collaboration with our media agency.
• You manage campaigns across selected brands and markets (globally) by ensuring they are effectively set up, monitored and optimized.
• You drive the performance through analysis, optimization and reporting, and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• You manage our paid social media platforms, including Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager and Pinterest Business Manager, ensuring that the accounts are properly set up with secure access management and platform governance.
• Working closely with our Global Digital Media team and media agency, you ensure strong alignment between campaign planning, execution, optimization and reporting across all digital channels.
• Acting as the internal expert for paid social media and staying up to date with the latest platform developments, you share best practices, help build digital capabilities and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
Profil
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an FMCG, agency or digital marketing environment.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, combined with a solid understanding of paid social media buying, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget management, campagn optimization and performance measurement.
• A strong analytical mindset that gives you the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• A highly structured and detail oriented approach that allows you to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, including digital marketing KPI’s and media effectiveness metrics.
• The curiousness and eagerness to continuously learn, test and optimize campaigns in a reapidly evolving digital landscape.
• The hands-on approach and strong execution skills of a proactive self-starter.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and our external agency partners.
• Experience with Pinterest Ads and other digital advertising platforms such as YouTube, Amazon and Programmatic is considered a plus.
• Fluency in English
