Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to align people strategies with business goals
- Lead direct recruitment efforts, reducing agency spend and enhancing candidate experience
- Grow our employer brand through LinkedIn and other channels
- Coach managers on performance, engagement, and team development
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices
- Manage employee relations cases with fairness and consistency
- Design and deliver development workshops and training events
- Drive performance management cycles and feedback culture
- Promote learning and development initiatives for career growth
- Monitor employee engagement and support action planning
- Champion our TOP values and foster an inclusive workplace
- Support change management and organisational development projects
Profil
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from a top university
- Master’s degree desirable
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or working towards) preferred
Experience & Skills:
- Proven generalist HR experience in a fast-paced or complex environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Passionate about recruitment and talent development
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with strategic thinking ability
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Language:
- Fluent in English
