As our new Customer Service Officer (ID), you’ll be the driving force behind smooth operations and happy clients. Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting international clients with top-notch service—combining administrative precision with proactive collaboration across departments to make things happen
- Managing export administration tasks like processing orders and invoices, coordinating logistics, handling certificates, maintaining client files, and resolving complaints
- Partnering with our sales team to deliver clear reporting on orders, delivery timelines, pricing, and volumes—and assisting marketing with product launches, client requests, and design follow-ups
- Working closely with internal teams—planning, warehousing, expedition—to ensure every order arrives on time and in perfect shape
Profil
We’re excited to welcome a new colleague who’s not only enthusiastic but also equipped with the following strengths:
- A higher vocational education degree that sets the foundation for your professional journey
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your hands-on mindset, deep understanding of export systems and documentation, and your knack for juggling multiple tasks with a solution-first attitude
- Fluent English and a natural ease in navigating diverse cultures—essential for connecting with our global network of distributors
- Solid command of ERP systems (especially SAP) and Microsoft tools—you know your way around the digital essentials
