1. Production Supervision & CoordinationSupport the Shift Leader in supervising daily production or packing operations.
Monitor line performance to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
Assist with start-ups, changeovers, and process adjustments to reduce downtime.
Coordinate manpower deployment to ensure balanced workloads.
Track shift KPIs and support reporting.
Maintain workplace organization through 5S practices.
Monitor processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
Perform visual checks and in-process quality verifications.
Escalate deviations or non-conformities promptly.
Support corrective actions for quality and process issues.
Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting.
Carry out Autonomous Maintenance tasks (cleaning, lubrication, inspections).
Ensure adherence to equipment standards and AM checklists.
Identify abnormalities and escalate issues to technicians.
Participate in preventive maintenance and improvement activities.
Enforce safety rules and promote a safety-first culture.
Conduct safety checks and report near misses or incidents.
Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Participate in Kaizen activities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Encourage operators to propose improvement ideas.
Track results of Kaizen actions, including waste and downtime reduction.
Support the Shift Leader in strengthening a continuous improvement mindset.
Assist in training and onboarding new operators.
Provide daily coaching to enhance team skills and performance.
Share best practices and support ongoing learning initiatives.
Maintain clear communication between operators and the Shift Leader.
Record shift performance and issues in logbooks or SAP.
Ensure accurate handover communication between shifts.
Act as the Shift Leader’s deputy to coordinate with production, technical, quality, logistics, and other teams.
Profiel
Education (degree):
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
Specific knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of FDA and food safety regulations.
- Understanding of FSSC22000, IFS, or BRC standards is a plus.
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in production, packaging, or process operation.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Senior Operator, Line Leader, or equivalent role preferred.
- Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge.
- Basic troubleshooting ability and problem solving.
- Experience with SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement practices (Kaizen, AM) is highly desirable.
Language:
- Proficient in Thai with intermediate-level English communication skills.
