Functiebeschrijving

  • You’ll lead complex, multi-language packaging projects to support the introduction of new products and packaging formats into international markets.
  • For each project you oversee the project lifecyle, from concept to launch, and manage the different process steps. You collect the necessary data and translations from internal stakeholders, guide the conversion of design concepts into artwork, ensure readiness for print and adherence to market regulations.
  • In this role you’ll work closely with various internal teams (Sales & Marketing, Production, Quality, R&D, …) and external stakeholders. Through solid project management skills and a strong working relationship with all stakeholders, we count on you to maintain all projects to the required timelines and keep all parties engaged on the right track.
  • You will join our Natural Foods Global Brand team at our HQ in Lembeke, with brands such as Nakd, Trek, BEAR and Kiddylicious.

Profiel

  • You have a Master degree in a relevant field.
  • Whether you’ve gained a first experience or are freshly graduated and ready to launch your career in project management – we’re excited to meet you!
  • Good project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in view of business needs.
  • You thrive on detail-oriented work and have a strong commitment to accuracy and delivering results.
  • Adaptable to change and cultural differences, with a multicultural flexibility suited for an international role in a growing organization.
  • Strong communication skills in English, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration with numerous stakeholders.
