Quality Administration Assistant

Job description
- You manage all supplier administration worldwide, including documentation, certification, registration and data entry.
- You handle supplier complaints, ensuring proper database management, documentation and follow-up.
- Next to that you keep the documentation up to date, verify the completeness and check all approval flows.
- You support the preparation of reports related to suppliers, quality issues and resolutions.
- And you assist in updating internal procedures and work instructions to keep our quality systems running smoothly.
- In this role, you report to the FSQA Suppliers Manager.
Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you should have:
- At least a bachelor's degree in Office Management or in a field related to Nutrition
- A passion for administration and a solid knowledge of MS Office tools
- It is important that you work in a structured, organised and detail-oriented way
- A good command of English, both written and spoken
- You’re a teamplayer who loves to support colleagues and takes pride in quality and food
