Job description
Develop the Group Talent Strategy
- Develop and implement a Group-wide talent strategy aligned with Lotus Bakeries' business growth ambitions and culture.
- Translate global talent trends and best practices into pragmatic solutions that fit the culture, maturity and needs of Lotus Bakeries.
- Identify where greater consistency, professionalisation or expertise is needed across countries and areas.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to HR stakeholders and the business.
- Develop talent KPIs and reporting to measure the impact and effectiveness of talent initiatives.
- Strengthen the role of Group HR as a centre of expertise for talent.
Lead Group Talent Development
- Lead The Group Learning & Development framework.
- Define and implement an e-learning framework, policy and process across the organisation.
- Lead the continuous performance process. Connect Talent Development with the performance management cycle, ensuring that development conversations lead to concrete actions.
- Develop and implement targeted programmes around leadership, people management, coaching, project management, negotiation and other critical capabilities.
- Further professionalise the Group's approach to leadership development.
- Support career development and internal mobility.
Strengthen Talent Acquisition
- Further develop the Group's Talent Acquisition strategy, tools and ways of working.
- Strengthen employer branding across countries and support local teams with relevant tools, campaigns and expertise.
- Support recruitment of critical and senior positions.
- Build a proactive talent pipeline for critical and future-oriented roles.
- Use recruitment data, technology and AI to further improve the recruitment process and effectiveness.
- Take ownership of the Group Young Graduate Programme, including programme coordination and selection.
Profile
- You have a strong academic background, including a Master’s degree.
- You build a broad, relevant experience in Talent Management with a proven track record in designing and implementing talent development frameworks.
- You have experience in building talent strategies in an international and growing organisation.
- You have the ability to translate strategy into concrete programmes, tools and processes.
- You have strong project management skills and take initiatives form beginning until end. You combine this with a results-oriented mindset, strong ownership and the drive to make things happen.
- You have a strong affinity with digital HR tools such as LMS, e-learning solutions and digital learning journeys.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
