Brand Manager

Job description
· Assortment :
- Participate in the management of the operational marketing plan with activities to support the launch of new products and the existing portfolio;
- Coordinate article creation and packaging flow with the Global brand team.
· Trade marketing :
- develop a strong promotional plan for our retail assortment and manage the in-store execution of Italy
- Create and monitor materials and presentations intended for the sales force, and promotional activities in the stores;
- Follow up on branding and materials used and developed by our distribution partner in “Away from home”
- Media: You participate in the implementation of the international digital campaigns. You create and desing the content of the websites
- You manage the budget for in-store promotions (creation and execution) and digital media (to be).
Profile
1. Min. 3 years FMCG experience is a must
2. Knowledge about Italian trade structure and media development
3. Experience in a product management or trade marketing function
Language: Fluent in written and spoken Italian, strong understanding of English (written and spoken)

4. Driving results, problem solver, You have strong interpersonal skills, social and ambitious, you are driven and take initiatives
